Sicilian boss Salvatore Francisco sends a wooden crucifix to the fishermen of San Francisco as a gift. Hidden inside the crucifix is a hoard of heroin which subsequently goes missing. Salvatore sends his nephew Ulisse to America to find out who is responsible.
