The movie takes inspiration from reality. A youngster, living in exclusive quarters, is the boss of a rightist bunch. They bully and dominate their enemies with violence: they drive a girl to suicide, rape and kill another one, torture an anarchic teacher, carry out a robbery and finally die in a car accident.
