Fatty Leo uses his insurance money from a minor accident to pay for a holiday in Greece for himself and his friends. Once there, a conman swindles him out of all his money and the friends are stranded. Then Larry wins a motorcycle race and enough money for them to return home but an angry competitor, Mustafa, challenges him to a karate fight. Larry is trained by Japanese expert Masura and thrashes his opponent.
