After several years in jail for a failed-job, Pitou returns to his childhood town, Marseille. His best friend, Gilles, has become a local mafia boss whose corruption – and his goons – reach across town. Pitou quickly realizes that times have changed since his young hoodlum days, and, when he gets implicated in a murder which he had nothing to do with, Pitou refuses Gilles terror-reign protection.
