Dan Hogan robs a bank and makes off with 100,000 dollars. He hires a guide, who appears to be rather simple-minded, to take him across the desert into Mexico. Dan realizes that the guide has fooled him when he finds himself turned over to the law and the stolen money on its way back to the bank.
